Raspberry Southside

Ingredients:

• 3 oz Bacardi Limon
• 1 oz Raspberry schnapps
• 3 oz Sugar syrup
• 1 oz Lime juice
• Ice

Mixing instructions:

Shake all ingredients and pour over ice. You can garnish with mint leaves but I never do.

This is just a modification on the traditional Southside (think lemonade for grown-ups). I got the idea at Fazoli's (of all places) where you can have your lemon ice mixed with raspberries. It's a great summer cocktail that you can make with Peachtree instead of the Schnapps. Enjoy!
