Tampico

Ingredients:

• 1 oz Cointreau
• 1 1/2 oz Campari
• 1 oz Lemon juice
• Fill with Tonic water

Mixing instructions:

Pour into glass and fill with tonic wafer. Garnish with an orange slice or peel.

Has a fairly bitter aftertaste (a la campari and tonic water), but very good. The kind of feeling you get when you have the bitter part of a citrus fruit .. I find it rather enjoyable.
