Jack Rose

Ingredients:

• 2 oz Applejack
• 1 oz Lemon juice
• 1 oz Grenadine

Mixing instructions:

Shake with crushed ice and strain.

Creator/contributor's comments:

An old family recipe, which we generally serve as a festive drink prior to holiday dinners. For mass production, I find that a fifth of Applejack, a 12 oz. bottle of grenadine, and eight lemons work well. Use only freshly squeezed lemon juice for best taste. Enjoy!
