Winter Parker

Ingredients:

• 3/4 oz Amaretto
• 3/4 oz Irish Mist
• 1/2 oz Strawberry schnapps
• 1/2 oz Maraschino cherry juice
• 3 oz Pineapple juice
• 1/2 oz Grenadine
• Ice cubes
• 1 wedge Lime

Mixing instructions:

Add all ingredients in a shaker. Shake with ice and strain into glass. Garnish with lime wedge.

A fruity, sweet drink that reminds me of summer walks along Park Avenue in Winter Park, FL. Cherry liqeuer can be used in place of maraschino cherry juice for a variation.
