Boardwalk Breeze

Ingredients:

• 1 1/2 oz Malibu rum
• 1 1/2 oz Amaretto
• 1 part Orange juice
• 1 part Pineapple juice
• 1 dash Grenadine

Mixing instructions:

Shake and strain ingredients into a Hurricane or large glass.

Garnish is optional, required if serving to the public, but at home, I don't generally have flags in my fridge! This Cocktail is best when consumed on a cool summer eve while lying on your hammock! - Dedicated to my fabulous June '98 bartending class in Atlantic Beach, NC.
