Ingredients:

• 2 oz Gin
• 5 oz Tonic water
• 2 dashes Bitters
• 1 twist of Lemon peel

Mixing instructions:

In a highball glass almost filled with ice cubes, combine the gin, gonic, and bitters. Stir well and garnish with the lemon twist.
