Irish Mint

Ingredients:

• 3 parts Bailey's irish cream
• 1 part Green Creme de Menthe
• 6 parts Milk

Mixing instructions:

Pour the milk first and then the Irish Cream - the parts are only guesses, I tend to go by color. You want a creamy beige that has only a slight hint of alcohol. Add just enough Creme de Menthe so as to turn the drink slightly green. Stir it up and serve cold.

Originally called a Pan Galactic Gargle Blaster, I developed it in the latter days of my high school in Bangkok. My friend and I experimented with many drinks. Another good one is an "Apple Pie with a Crust"
