Ingredients:

• 5 cl Cognac
• Fill with Tonic water
• 1 slice Lemon
• Ice cubes

Mixing instructions:

Fill a long-drink glass with ice cubes. Add cognac and fill with tonic water. Put half a slice of lemon in the glass.

First time I tried this drink was actually in Cognac, the town that has given its name to the drink. CT is of course short for Cognac & Tonic, and is basically just replacing the gin in Gin&Tonic with cognac. And please don't use your best cognac for this!
