White Parrot

Ingredients:

• 2 oz Coconut rum (Parrot Bay)
• 6 oz Heavy cream
• 1 tsp Sugar (optional)
• Ice cubes

Mixing instructions:

Mix all ingredients and shake well.

Creator/contributor's comments:

The drink will taste just as good with fat free half & half if you prefer fewer calories. You may also substitute the sugar with one packet of Nutrasweet or leave it out all together. I prefer Captain Morgan's Parrot Bay because it is a sweeter and richer tasting coconut rum.
