Sour Mix

Ingredients:

• 1 cup Sugar
• 2 cups Water
• 2 cups fresh Lemon juice

Mixing instructions:

Dissolve sugar in water and add lemon juice. Refrigerate. Optionally you can add a little egg white (will make drinks foamy).

Keeps no more than 7 to 12 days in the refridgerator. Known as both "Sour mix" and "Sweet and sour".
