Mansion Mind Eraser

Ingredients:

• Ice cubes
• 1 oz Kahlua
• 1 oz Bailey's irish cream
• 1 oz Rum
• Fill with 7-Up

Mixing instructions:

Fill glass with ice cubes. Pour all the ingredients in order and fill with 7-Up. Drink with two straws like a shot.

Creator/contributor's comments:

A drink for two people. Tastes like a chocolate milkshake. This particular Mind Eraser originated (as far as I can tell) in The Mansion, a nightclub in West Texas, and was served almost exclusively behind the bar. It was too good to share with the patrons.
