Lime Chu-Hai

Ingredients:

• 2 oz Shochu
• 1 oz Lime juice cordial
• Fill with Soda water

Mixing instructions:

Pour the shochu and lime cordial over ice. Stir, and fill the glass with soda water.

Probably the most popular mixed drink in Japan. The name "Chu-hai" comes from "sho-CHU" and "HIGH-ball glass"
