Ingredients:

• 4 cl Pear brandy (Poire au cognac)
• Fill with Ginger ale
• Ice cubes
• 1 slice Lime

Mixing instructions:

Pour pear brandy over ice in glass. Fill with ginger ale. Add a slice f lime.

I've seen Lennarts done both this way, and with Sprite instead of Ginger ale. I personally like this one much more.
