Bittersweet with a twist

Ingredients:

• 2 oz Tequila
• 10 oz Grapefruit juice
• 1 slice Lemon

Mixing instructions:

Add all liquid ingrediants to mason jar and add ice to taste. Stir well and add slice of lemon.

Creator/contributor's comments:

The taste is difficult to explain. It is initially tart and dry, then developes a sweetness at the finish. I had never heard of Tequila being used with grapefruit juice, so I thought that I would try it. I think that it tastes very different and very good.
