Italian Screw

Ingredients:

• 3 cubes Ice
• 1 1/2 oz Vodka
• 1 oz Galliano
• Fill with Orange juice

Mixing instructions:

Add 3 ice cubes or 2-3 oz. crushed ice to highball glass. Add 1 1/2 oz. Vodka. Add 1 oz. Galliano. Fill with pulpless orange juice.

I'm more of a baker and chef than a bartender. I put one of these together while making a Harvey Wallbanger Cake. The first time I made it, it had equal parts Galliano and Vodka. This made it lose alot of it's screwdriver taste. Oh, and the cake turned out fine, even after a couple of these. Enjoy. - Cody
