Ingredients:

• 1 oz Vodka
• 1 oz Kahlua
• 1 oz Light cream
• Pepsi Cola

Mixing instructions:

Pour vodka, kahlua, and cream into glass filled with ice, then top off with Pepsi.

Creator/contributor's comments:

Variation apparently uses carbonated water instead of Pepsi. This drink is essentially a Smith and Kearns with the added vodka.
