Bushwacker #4

Ingredients:

• 2 shots Irish whiskey (Bushmill's)
• 1 shot Irish cream (Bailey's)
• 3-4 cubes Ice

Mixing instructions:

First place three or four ice cubes in a rock glass. The Bailey's is placed in the glass first otherwise the cream will curdle. Then the Bushmill's whiskey is added slowly and stirred until thoroughly mixed.

I first tasted this about ten years ago in Belfast at a wedding. It is very potent and very palatable.
