Ingredients:

• 1 oz Midori melon liqueur
• 1 1/2 oz Sour mix
• 1 splash Soda water
• 151 proof rum

Mixing instructions:

Mix melon liqueur, sour, and soda with ice in shaker. Shake and strain into martini glass. Top with rum and ignite.

Creator/contributor's comments:

Phosphorous green with blue flame makes for a great look! Also great in a shot glass or beaker for that classic B-movie look. My customers love that hot apple "Jolly Rancher" flavor. Experiment with the right mix of melon and sour for your customers.
