Banana Cream Pi

Ingredients:

• 1 oz Malibu rum
• 1 oz Banana liqueur
• fill with Pineapple juice

Mixing instructions:

This drink can be mixed with ice added, or put into a blender with ice, to be crushed. I like it on ice.

I invented this drink when I went down to Daytona a little after bike week. The place was deserted, but cheap! I wanted something tropical and ordered pineapple juice with Malibu Rum. It wanted something to round it out and I asked for a shot of banana liquor to be added. Moments later I came up with a name (the bartenders hadn't heard of this drink before) - Banana Cream Pi, that's what it tastes like Banana, Cream, for Coconut cream, Pi for the Pineapple.
