Calvados
Calvados is a dry apple brandy from the Normandy region of France, and is considered one of the world's finest. It is double distilled in a pot still, and then aged for a minimum of one year on oak barrels. Some calvados brands are aged for up to 40 years. Used in the following 3 drinks: |
