Mai Tai

Ingredients:

• 1 oz Light rum
• 1/2 oz Orgeat syrup
• 1/2 oz Triple sec
• 1 1/2 oz Sweet and sour
• 1 Cherry

Mixing instructions:

Shake all ingredients (except cherry) with ice and strain into a collins glass over several ice cubes. Top with the cherry and serve.
